In addition to our in-house technical and owners representation services, our affiliated company, Municipal Development Solutions (MDS) offers turn-key development and construction solutions through the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) procurement model as prescribed under I.C. 5-23.

Under the BOT procurement model, MDS acts as the developer of the project and is proud to partner with regional and national design + construction partners to assist communities every day in their growth.
